Good location near airport and exhibit center. the rooms were clean and well, maintained.

Terrible staff service, especially the front desk. They barely spoke English and were not helpful or friendly at all.

The location. I travel through Beijing a lot and I hate the place. The Best Western Grandsky has a shuttle to and from the airport, meaning you get to avoid being ripped off by Beijing taxi drivers, and it's a very nice, clean well run hotel. Very inexpensive for the services provided. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were big, clean, and quiet. The breakfast buffet, although running out of some items early on, was OK. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel had rude and incompetent staff. The check-in process was slow and inefficient.

The hotel name and address should be written in Chinese characters on the website so it can be printed and handed to the taxi driver. As a westerner this is necessary for me to give the airport taxi driver who will not know English. They also complain for it is such a short fare.

We stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight stay and were pleasantly surprised by its convenient location just next to the airport. It was so close that the airport taxis didn't want to take us! Not only did we save time on commuting, but the hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport, ensuring that we reached our flight on time.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is new. I stayed one night to catch a plane to Italy in the morning. My plane to Beijing had been delayed and when I arrived in Beijing (it was about 1:00 am) there was no shuttle waiting for me but I called the hotel (useful tip: if your mobile doesn't work, it's very late at night/very early in the morning and you don't know how to get in touch with the hotel, remember that you can make free calls in Beijing using the airport phones! Quite useful!) and they arranged a shuttle for me which arrived promptly. Also, I was upgraded to a better room (without having to pay anything extra) because mine had in the meantime been occupied and there were no other single rooms. Finally, breakfast was very good (plenty of choices) and there was a shuttle to the airport in the morning. I'd say this hotel is ideal if you nee to spend the night in Beijing between flights.

I couldn't find fault with anything (apart perhaps for the fact there wasn't too much toilet paper left in my bathroom, but this is a minor point).

Was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our visit to China. Relatively close to the airport. The rooms were very nice with a great bed.

The taxi driver didn't know where the hotel was so you need to have the phone number of the hotel with you and the address written in Chinese.

We loved the cleanliness and comfortable rooms of this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was reasonably close to the airport, making it perfect for a quick overnight stay. The hotel facilities, such as the free shuttle bus to the exhibition center and airport, were a convenient bonus. Moreover, the breakfast service was impressive, and the staff, especially the Customer Service Manager, were incredibly helpful.
